Shipping Policy


We will ship your order via the best courier company for your location, be it USPS or Local Postal Services. Once you place an order you will receive order confirmation email and once your order is shipped we will send you an email containing all information needed including tracking numbers. If your order contains more than one item, we might split your order into separate packages at no additional cost for faster sipping times. Each Shipped Parcel will have a unique tracking number


What are the delivery times?

US: 10-16 business days.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 16 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe: 11-16 business days.

Other Countries: 11-16 business days.

Processing time: Items will ship within 1-5 business days.

We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and during a high volume period or on rare occasions, delivery may take longer. 
If your order has not arrived within 90 days from dispatch you will be eligible for a full refund. This is our customer refund guarantee.

Returns Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once this period has expired, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Along with your returned item please also include the original order number, your name, delivery address and the reason for returning. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend the use of a trackable service for returns as we are unable to refund items that fail to reach us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
