Refund policy

Refunds will be given if: 

  • The item is significantly different from how it is described or shown on the website
  • The item is damaged (damage on the packaging does not qualify if the item itself is unharmed)
  • The item has not arrived within 90 days after it was ordered

We have a 15‑day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period expires, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, so please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@jabaloo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.  

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

When sending your return request, please include the original order number, your name, delivery address, and the reason for returning.  

Kindly take note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non‑refundable. We recommend using a trackable service for returns, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and want an exchange, please return the original item; once the return is accepted, place a separate order for your preferred product.
