How long will my order take?

US: 10-16 business days.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 16 business days.

United Kingdom & Europe: 10-16 business days.

Other Countries: 10-16 business days.

Processing time: Items will ship within 1-5 business days.

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, and in many cases, you'll receive it well before the estimated delivery time. However, please be aware that we cannot provide a definitive delivery timeframe. During peak seasons or on rare occasions, your delivery may experience delays.If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date of dispatch, you will qualify for a full refund. This reflects our commitment to our customers' satisfaction and our refund guarantee.

How do I ship my order back to you?

We have multiple return centers around the world.

Please reach out to support@jabaloo.com so we can provide detailed instructions on how to return your items, depending on the country you live in.

What are shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders that total $150 or more. Your order will be shipped via the most suitable courier company for your location, which may include USPS or Local Postal Services. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the necessary information, including tracking numbers. If your order contains multiple items, we may split it into separate packages at no additional cost to ensure faster shipping times. Each shipped parcel will be assigned a unique tracking number.

How to apply a discount code?

If you have a discount code please enter it directly at Checkout in the Discount Code field, then click Apply.

Please note that only one Discount Code can be used per Purchase.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express via encrypted payment processor - Stripe®.

Your payment information is only used for a single transaction and never stored by us.

I have received only one item

If you only received one item in a multi-item order, don't panic!

This can sometimes happen for two reasons:

  1. To provide the fastest possible shipping times we sometimes have to split orders into several packages.
  2. We store our items in several different warehouses around the world and sometimes have to send your items from different locations.

We provide tracking numbers for each package in your order (if it requires more than one). If you have additional questions on the whereabouts of an item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@jabaloo.com.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all shipping details and your tracking number for your order.

It can sometimes take 1-2 days for the tracking numbers from mail providers to sync.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, we are happy to help you here if you have to make a change or cancellation to your order.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

Please email support@jabaloo.com within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order and we will process a refund.

Import Duty and Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties and other relevant taxes specific to your country.

Any import duties imposed on entry into a country where Jabaloo does not have physical operations are the responsibility of the purchaser.
