Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

We trying our best to reduce the shipping time in current circumstances with COVID-19. Delivery time is slightly different for each location and bellow are estimated ones:

US: 1-3 Weeks

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 1-3 Weeks

United Kingdom & Europe: 1-3 weeks

Central/South America: 2-4 weeks

Asia & Rest of World: 2-4 weeks

Processing time: Items will ship within 2-7 business days.

We do our best to ship your items faster and usually items arrive much quicker. If you order has not arrived within 80 days from dispatch you can do a full refund

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping to all customers. We will ship your order via the best courier company for your location, be it USPS or Local Postal Services. Once you place an order you will receive order confirmation email and once your order is shipped we will send you an email containing all information needed including tracking numbers. If your order contains more than one item, we might split your order into separate packages at no additional cost for faster sipping times. Each Shipped Parcel will have a unique tracking number

My Order

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the Check Out button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the check out process.

If you have a discount code you can proceed to Checkout at any moment and enter your discount code in the Discount Code field, then click Apply. Please note that only one Discount Code can be used per Purchase.

We accept debit/credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express via encrypted payment processor - Stripe® Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and not stored.

To make sure we provide the best possible shipping times we often split order into several packages to reduce the shipping times. Also we store our items in different warehouses and we might have to send your orders from different ones. We make sure you have full transparency on what is happening with your order, so you will every update about your order including processing, shipped and tracking number for each parcel

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all shipping details and your tracking number for your order. It usually takes 1-2 days for the tracking to sync with the system. So please wait 1-2 days before checking your tracking status. Please note, since we do free shipping, tracking may not be available for each product.

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Arrived orders may be subject to import duties and other relevant taxes specific to your country. Any import duties and fees are not in our control and you will have to take care of that.
